The Master BBG prepares for senior or higher (management) positions (e.g. in educational institutions of companies and chambers). Jobs in the field of teaching/learning materials, vocational training research or international development cooperation can also be sought.

The academic degree "Master of Science" entitles you to a doctorate. Depending on the previous study, the course enables different specialist orientations (area of ​​differentiation). The course is also open to applicants from non-technical disciplines (e.g. psychology, social education, health, economics, etc.). Practical preparation for future work takes place through practical professional studies, which are completed and reflected upon in the field of "economy".

Depending on the previous study and the associated area of ​​differentiation, you can choose from the offered (special professional) subjects or general subjects:

• operational management,
• Employee and organisation development,
• work-technology-education,
• Subject: computer science.

In addition, a core course in “Vocational Training Management and Operational Personnel Development” is included.
