Autumn Conference 2025: NEW LEARNING – Digital transformation of learning in the work process

The ZSM Autumn Conference on 20 November 2025 in Magdeburg will focus on the digital transformation of learning processes in the workplace. The conference will centre on theoretical, methodological and practical contributions to the conditions, challenges and potential of new learning, with a particular focus on technology, organisation, ethnographic approaches, intervention research, human resources development and diversity.
