New series of events: Leadership in public administration

Course: ‘Project Management and Team Development’
Led by Prof. Dr. Michael Dick

Leadership in public administration is undergoing change. Hybrid working models, increasing complexity and rapid change processes call for new leadership approaches. This series of seminars highlights the paradigm shift from classic direct leadership to networked, cooperative leadership.
Participants in this series of events will address current challenges and gain interdisciplinary perspectives on topics such as decentralised teams, digital transformation, change processes and the skills required to navigate them.

  • The series of events is listed for educational leave.
  • Funding can be applied for to attend the series of events (see ‘Weiterbildung Direkt’ Investitionsbank Magdeburg).
  • The cost of this event series is €1,800.
  • The event series can be certified with 15 ECTS credits upon presentation of a certificate of attendance.
